KiTa Property is managed by an undergraduate student of Universiti Tun Hussein On Malaysia. The students are taking Bachelor of Property Management under The Faculty of Technology, Business and Entrepreneurship.
This is group assignment assigned for a valuation subject and the students are in need of completing this task in which finding a real estate and try to market it either by renting or sell it.
Although 'KiTa Property' is just a group project, but we take serious action if a potential buyers seek us, we shall be able to inform important information regarding the real estate since we've interviewed the developers themselves.
